About Our Training

Training is where we can really bring things to life – we love getting together with clients to create an offering that is perfect for their needs.

We can deliver a variety of training option – face-to-face, by Teams or Zoom. We are highly flexible on location and audience size – for example, you may want us to deliver training to a small, specific group, or provide a general NHS update to a much larger gathering.

The duration of training is entirely up to you – an hour, half a day or a day – and can include Q&As, breakout activities and feedback sessions. We also deliver training within other events, for example team meetings and conferences.

How we work

First of all, a quick call together to outline your requirements, specifically:

  • The subject area
  • The audience
  • Delivery method/location

Based upon our initial discussion, we put together an outline brief and proposal. Here, we break the subject area into specifics, ensure we properly understand the requirements of the audience and delivery.

When this is agreed we will cost the proposal, making any adjustments that you feel necessary (in our experience, briefs do tend to change as the project evolves) and provide you with a final proposal for agreement. Costing is always fluid – we need to match your available budget – and the training offering can be nuanced to accommodate this.

We like to work with you as we create the training presentation to ensure that we are in complete agreement that you are getting what you need. Before delivery, we always aim to have the final version signed off to your satisfaction (no surprises on the day!) as well as agreement on any other deliverables (for example, post course takeaways or questionnaires).

The presentation that we deliver will be made available to you, so that you can refer to it afterwards, share it within your organisation or unload it to your own system.

Afterwards, we always like to have a wash-up call to discuss the training and receive feedback.
